Payment Options
We have the HICAPS system which allows for fast, on the spot claims to your private health insurance. Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque, EFTPOS, MasterCard or Visa.
Fee Structure
Osteopathy Narellan P/L charges Standard and Concession rates for Osteopathic treatment.
If you have one of the following Concession Cards, please be sure to bring it with you so that you can be billed at the concession rate:
Commonwealth Seniors Health Card
Pensioner Concession Card
Health Care Card
If you are a full time student, or are under 18 years of age, please bring your student card or other identification so that you can be given the concession rate. We are not registered to process DVA funded treatments, but offer a concession rate for bearers of DVA cards.
The above concession cards may be used in conjunction with Private Health Insurance.
Private Health Cover
Please bring your Private Health Insurance card with you to each appointment to allow processing through the HICAPS system. This system allows for on the spot claims to your Private Health Insurer, so you only need to pay the gap amount. Should you not bring your membership card with you, you will still be able to claim back from your insurer using the invoice we issue at the time of full payment.
Medicare Chronic Disease Management (CDM) / Enhanced Primary Care (EPC)
If you have a CDM/EPC plan for Osteopathic treatment, you will be billed at the Concession rate for those appointments covered by that plan.
We ask that your CDM/EPC plan appointment be paid in full. Please bring your Medicare card with you as, via the HICAPS System, we are able to process the Medicare refund directly back to your EFTPOS card (cheque or savings account).
If you do not hold one of the aforementioned Concession cards or otherwise fall within our clinic’s guidelines for Concession entitlement, once the CDM/EPC plan visits have been used up, you will need to pay the full fee. Private Health Insurance can not be used in conjunction with CDM/EPC appointments.
Workers Compensation
To allow for direct billing to your relevant Insurance Company for your Osteopathic treatment, you will need to provide written approval from your Insurance Company. In the event of a delay with approval, you may begin treatment but will be required to pay personally.
